November 13th – 2025 State of the Court and Holiday Party

This year’s State of the Court conference features comments by the Honorable Scott W. Dales, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Michigan, regarding the current state of the Court. In addition, Robert E.L. Wright will present Aggie Kempker-Cloyd with the Nims-Howard Civility Award.
The conference will conclude with a reception to celebrate the holiday season. Light appetizers and beverages will be provided.
